Production Lead Times

All items are made to order.

Production timeframes shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on demand and material availability.

 

Delivery

We use professional couriers and specialist furniture delivery services.

Customers must ensure there is safe and suitable access to the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.

Deliveries to offshore locations (including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and similar locations) are quoted separately.

Where items are made to order, delivery charges to offshore locations are provided as estimates at the time of order. Final delivery costs are confirmed once the item is ready for dispatch, as courier pricing may change due to fuel costs, surcharges, or carrier rate adjustments.

We always aim to keep delivery costs as competitive as possible and do not add margin to courier charges.

 

Inspection

Customers must inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery.

Any damage or issues must be reported promptly so we can assist.
