Bespoke Furniture

Bespoke furniture cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.

This is compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds are only available if goods are faulty.

 

Standard Retail Items (Basins, Taps, Wastes)

These items may be returned within 14 days.

Conditions:

• Must be unused
• Must not be installed
• Must be in original packaging

Installed items cannot be returned.

 

Inspection Window

Customers must report damage or defects within 48 hours.

 

 

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
